Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a disciplined, systems-oriented construction professional who is eager to learn, thrives working independently, and brings a positive, proactive attitude to support teammates and project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, organized, and committed to driving successful outcomes for clients and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Set and manage client expectations; maintain strong client relationships.
Project Leadership:
Provide on-site and office leadership; supervise project teams and subcontractors.
Document Control:
Maintain accurate, current project documentation including submittals, RFIs, contracts, and closeout records.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop project budgets, manage buy-out and contracting, track costs, and enforce budgetary controls through the project lifecycle.
Estimating and Change Management:
Prepare cost proposals and change orders; evaluate and process changes.
Project Accounting:
Prepare Owner billings; review and approve subcontractor progress payments.
Scheduling:
Develop and manage CPM schedules and ensure schedule compliance.
Procurement and Coordination:
Oversee subcontractor procurement and coordination, monitor material and equipment deliveries, and manage billing.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel to resolve issues and keep the project on schedule.
Required Qualifications
Experience in public works, education, or healthcare project construction managing multiple projects or a single large, complex project.
Four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field .
Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and applicable regulations.
Proven ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple teams and activities for efficient project delivery.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as MS Project.
Experience with Procore is .
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
