Job Description
The Vermont - Project Manager - Commercial + Multifamily will be responsible for:
Manage all phases of commercial and multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with specifications. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays. Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders involved in the project. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review and approve project plans, contracts, and change orders. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant
A successful Vermont - Project Manager - Commercial + Multifamily should have:
5+ years of project management experience with a reputable general contractor A strong understanding of commercial and multifamily construction processes up to $30M Excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience with project scheduling and budget management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps) Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in construction. What's on Offer

Competitive base salary of $95,00 to $130,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
