As an Automotive Biller, qualified candidates should have experience in :

Preparing finance contract packages to be sent to lender

Processing vehicle lien payoffs

Filing

Processing extended warranty contracts

Managing accounting schedules

Other general associated duties assigned by management

Billing New and Used Car Deal.

Submitting Motor Vehicle paperwork to complete registration(s).

Plating

Police book

Stocking in new and used cars, auction cars

Posting dmv checks

Title correction

Out of state plates motor vehicle

Duplicate titles

Help braking deals down for banks

Position Requirements

Previous Automobile Finance experience required.

proven track record in running an automobile billing.

Strong work ethic, telephone and customer handling skills

Strong follow up skills

Positive attitude.

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
