JOB SUMMARY
The Sr Total Rewards Analyst will support the design, development, and administration of the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives. The role partners closely with the VP of Total Rewards and the Total Rewards team to deliver strategies that attract, retain, and engage talent. The role will be responsible for data analysis, policy development, process improvement, and communication efforts to ensure that total rewards programs are competitive, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the Vice President of Total Rewards to support the design, rollout, and communication of total rewards strategies. Conduct analysis and prepare reports to evaluate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity. Manage and maintain the Total Rewards Library, centralized files, and key program documentation. Create, update, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compensation, benefits, and total rewards processes. Partner with Total Rewards leaders to review and streamline workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy in program administration. Monitor and track total rewards projects and initiatives, providing progress updates and insights. Support policy development and review to ensure compliance with regulations and consistency across programs. Serve as a liaison for internal communications, ensuring total rewards updates and initiatives are clearly understood by employees and leaders. Plan and coordinate events or activities tied to total rewards initiatives (e.g., wellness events, recognition programs). Ensure data integrity across all total rewards systems and maintain high-quality reporting for decision-making. Assist with testing new module implementations or system upgrades. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and provide recommendations based on analytics and best practices. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE:

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related Human Resources analytics role. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling). Knowledge of compensation principles, benefits practices, and relevant regulatory requirements. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in policy and program communication. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
