New Vision Youth Services is hosting its 7th Annual Gala on November 1st. We are looking for volunteers who want to help with set up, break down, and/or serve food. Following is a list of activities and times that we are looking for.
Set up: 3:30 pm - 6 pm
Set up Tables
Set up Chairs
Put on chair covers
Set Tables
Put up Decorations
Catering: 6 pm - 10 pm
Serve Food to the guests during the event
Clean up: 10 pm - 11:30 pm
Clean up Food
Remove Decorations
Remove Chair Covers
Stack Chairs
Break down tables
