Volunteers Needed for the BE A MENTOR ANNUAL GALA

This year’s
Gala
will take place on
Thursday, November 6th, at The Waverly . We are looking for
5-6 volunteers
to assist during the event. Volunteers should arrive by
5:45 p.m.
to ensure everything runs smoothly. Available Volunteer Positions: Check-in Volunteers (3) GALA Board member assigned 2 additional volunteers needed to assist with guest check-in. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in, and providing event materials. Audio/Slide Show/Impact Video Volunteer (1) Manage the audio-visual setup for the event, including operating the slideshow and playing the impact video. Wine Pull Volunteers (2) Assist with organizing and running the wine pull. Help guests choose and enjoy their wine donations. Take Down Volunteers (5 + Committee) After the event, we’ll need 5 volunteers plus committee members to help with the take-down process. Tasks include packing up materials, cleaning up the venue, and returning items to their proper places. Once the December plans are finalized, we will assign specific tasks to volunteers for quicker execution. If you’re interested in volunteering, please reach out!
