As a

Therapeutic Mentor , you will provide one-to-one structured support and therapeutic activities for children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help youth achieve their treatment goals and thrive in their community. Provide mentoring, modeling, and coaching in community, school, and home settings Reinforce skills and goals identified in treatment plans, supporting behavior change and personal growth Collaborate with clinicians, caregivers, and school staff to coordinate care Serve as a positive role model and encourage achievement of individualized goals Support families in accessing resources and maintaining stability in the community Maintain timely and accurate documentation including progress notes and treatment updates Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and supervision Who You Are High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree required At least 2 years of experience working with children required; experience with Serious Emotional Disturbance strongly preferred Strong mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with behavioral health diagnoses, coping skills, and community resources Ability to support diverse populations with cultural competence and compassion Strong organizational skills and ability to implement strategies for goal achievement Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Comfortable using word processing, email, and documentation systems We Hire for Purpose!
