Therapeutic Support Specialist
to join our Community Wraparound program, providing high-quality services to children and families in their homes and communities. As a
Therapeutic Support Specialist , you'll help youth and families build skills, access resources, and navigate behavioral health needs while maintaining stability in the community. Provide in-home and community-based services at least twice per week or as clinically indicated Deliver skills training, safety planning, and crisis support to youth and families Facilitate family-centered treatment planning and support effective decision-making Help strengthen family dynamics through communication, problem-solving, and skill-building activities Support youth in building independent living skills, resilience, and coping strategies Provide care coordination and referrals to community-based services and resources Ensure accurate documentation and treatment planning in line with program standards Who You Are Associate's degree in a Human Services-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred At least 1 year of experience in the human services field required Experience working with children and families required Knowledge of mental illness, coping strategies, and behavioral modification techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with community resources and child-serving systems Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural competence Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle required Comfortable with word processing, email, and documentation systems We Hire for Purpose!
