Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as a long-term substitute in a K-12 school setting in Pawtucket, RI. This full-time contract opportunity begins on October 13 and extends through the end of the school year (EOSY). The role involves providing speech and language services to approximately 56 students across two middle schools and one high school. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans, delivering direct therapy services, and collaborating with educational staff and families to support student communication needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school environments and hold active Rhode Island state licensure as an SLP.
