Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage requirements. Address coverage and policy questions, handle claims, and deliver superior customer satisfaction. Utilize your wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including customer service, administration, and remarketing accounts. Manage workflows for your assigned book of business, delegating tasks as needed. Ensure accuracy in all processes, from policy reviews to endorsements and renewals. Qualifications You Bring:
3+ years of experience
in Property & Casualty Insurance. Full knowledge of insurance products and their applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills to build client trust and relationships. Exceptional technical and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail. Proficiency with
Agency Management Systems ; EPIC experience is a plus! A
Florida 2-20 P&C license
