Intake Manager - Class Action & Employment Law
LHH has partnered with a great firm who is seeking a highly experienced
Intake Manager
to lead their dynamic intake department.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all new business leads and manage the intake lifecycle from initial contact to engagement
Screen potential clients through detailed interviews and document review
Track lead progression and manage retainer agreements and background checks
Maintain and grow co-counsel relationships and referral networks
Provide regular reporting on lead status and marketing campaign performance
Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client onboarding
Required Experience
Proven leadership in intake operations within a legal setting
Direct experience with
class actions
and
employment/wage & hour cases
(90% of department caseload)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive transitions with discretion and professionalism
Job Details:
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule
Salary: $100,00 to $120,000
