Accounting Manager

and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and financial integrity across our organization. ??

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the accounting team (AP, AR, Inventory, Purchasing). Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes. Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies. Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic financial decisions. Train, coach, and evaluate accounting staff performance. ?

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax filings, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite). Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in manufacturing or inventory-intensive environments is a plus. ??

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional work in production areas. May require lifting up to 75 lbs and use of PPE in certain environments.
