Construction Project Manager- Big Box

Construction Project Manager We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established general contractor in the Phoenix area. This individual will oversee commercial projects including grocery stores, fitness centers, retail interiors, and big box ( Walmart, etc). Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery Review plans, RFIs, and change orders to maintain accuracy and efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Qualifications: Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Proven background with grocery, fitness or big box projects is needed Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
