Project Manager

to join their growing interiors team.

Position Overview The

Project Manager

will oversee all aspects of construction projects focused on

industrial finish-outs and Class A commercial interiors

— including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client management. The ideal candidate doesn’t necessarily need prior industrial experience, but must have a strong background in

interior construction

(corporate offices, tenant improvements, or finish-outs).

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards

Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors

Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contracts

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost projections

Review drawings and specifications for constructability and scope alignment

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures on all job sites

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Support estimating and business development teams when needed (site walks, scope reviews, etc.)

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (interiors or finish-outs preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $500k–$5M+

Strong understanding of interior systems (drywall, MEP coordination, millwork, finishes)

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar software)

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
