About the Role:

The Noon Shift Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities during the afternoon shift. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. The technician will work closely with production teams to identify potential equipment failures and implement preventive measures. Additionally, the role involves documenting maintenance activities and collaborating with other maintenance staff to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Ultimately, the technician's efforts contribute to a safe and productive work environment, supporting the company's commitment to quality and reliability in manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications:

Technical certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Experience with automated manufacturing systems.

Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
