About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Director of Human Resources to spearhead all HR functions and drive site operations across our U.S. offices. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing innovative people initiatives that align with our business goals, boost leadership capabilities, and promote a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performance culture. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will manage a complete spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
You will lead our U.S. operations team, enhance productivity, and champion operational excellence. To qualify, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership positions within dynamic, technology-driven organizations. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a similar field is required, while an advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of U.S. employment law, HR operations, and compliance frameworks, alongside experience in a global corporate environment. Key skills include strategic thinking, a data-driven approach, exceptional communication abilities, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. This role requires a leader capable of managing HR functions across diverse areas, embodying our company values, and leading special projects designed to enrich the overall employee experience.
