About the Role
Join a dynamic team as the Director of Human Resources! You will be a vital strategic partner to our executive and leadership teams, playing an integral role in shaping and executing our people and culture strategies. In this position, you'll oversee the HR function in all its aspects, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with legal requirements along the way.
We are looking for a leader who excels not only in daily HR operations but also in providing strategic direction. Candidates should possess a proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced tech startup environment, demonstrating experience in scaling organizations and an in-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities will encompass establishing and enforcing company policies, maintaining digital employee records, and championing our core values. Ideal candidates will possess strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and foster relationships at all organizational levels. Being adept at data usage to drive decisions and proactively addressing HR challenges is key.
Experience in SaaS or technology startups is essential, alongside prior experience in a similar HR leadership role. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with HRIS systems and recognized HR certifications.
