Pay & Schedule:
$24-$35/hr (based on experience) Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance (PM) on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Assist operators with maintenance requests and equipment setup for production Execute equipment tear-downs, rebuilds, and fabrication as needed Order, install, and manage replacement parts inventory Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to PM schedules Train and mentor other technicians to foster a proactive maintenance environment Ensure a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols (lock-out/tag-out, HazCom, OSHA) Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills Experience with inserters, conveyors, bowes, forklifts, or press equipment preferred Knowledge of predictive/productive maintenance programs and PM systems Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven leadership experience, including training and mentoring team members Ability to run air lines, conduit, and wiring for new or relocated equipment Comfortable performing physical duties, working independently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
