The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
agronomy sales , specifically selling
seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products directly to growers . You'll be joining a progressive, customer-focused organization that values independence, integrity, and results.
Unlike many retailers, this company allows its sales team to focus
exclusively on customer relationships and sales
- no operational or location management duties are required. This structure ensures you can dedicate your time and expertise to serving your customers and growing your book of business.
What You'll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing growers while identifying and onboarding new customers in your territory. Provide agronomic recommendations and solutions that help growers achieve higher yields and improved profitability. Promote and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to each grower's specific needs. Collaborate with internal agronomy, logistics, and management teams to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and agronomic advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers. Manage territory goals, forecast sales, and contribute to overall company growth through strategic planning and execution. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000/year Commission Potential:
$100,000 - $130,000+ (realistic earning potential for high performers) Comprehensive Benefits Package:
