What You’ll Do

Build and maintain trusted relationships with growers, providing expert agronomic recommendations that maximize yield and profitability.

Lead by example — demonstrate sales excellence while mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives.

Collaborate closely with management to execute territory growth strategies and strengthen the company’s market position.

Contribute to the development of sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and team best practices.

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer success.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$60,000 – $80,000/year

Commission:

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of proven success

in agronomy sales, preferably with a track record of mentoring or supporting other sales professionals.

Deep understanding of

seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales

directly to growers.

A genuine passion for helping others succeed and fostering a strong team culture.

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive growth.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer‑first approach.

B.S. in Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field

(required).
