Description Conduct thorough evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics with the aid of standardized assessments and observational methods. Create tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing both immediate objectives and long-term communication or swallowing goals. Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions targeted at enhancing language, speech fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities. Work closely with a collaborative team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members, to build comprehensive care strategies. Educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond the clinical environment. Occasionally aid with inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the recovery journey. Keep up-to-date documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational requirements. Pursue ongoing education and engage with peers to stay informed about advancements in the field. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA. Certifications

State licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Skills
