Family Pet Hospital has been serving Clovis, Fresno, Selma, Sanger, and surrounding areas since 1997, offering comprehensive veterinary services from wellness exams to surgeries. Essential Functions include: Maintaining high standards of veterinary care Overseeing medical standards and quality of care Policy development and team coordination Clinical practice and patient management Client communication and patient record review Managing controlled substances and medical supplies Conducting doctor meetings Administrative duties: Handling patient care issues and client complaints Staff scheduling and policy development Ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards Leading by example: Maintaining licensure and monitoring staff performance Mentoring staff veterinarians Practice development: Leading DVM recruitment Identifying new service opportunities Monitoring practice performance and planning for challenges Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree At least 3 years of clinical experience Leadership experience preferred
