Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate issues. Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met. Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved. Oversee procurement of materials and resources to avoid delays. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3-8+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction or infrastructure. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit). Certifications like PMP or OSHA are advantageous.
