Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring HCAI/OSHPD compliance in Stockton. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to consistently. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Lead project meetings and foster a collaborative team environment. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - HCAI/OSHPD should have:

Strong knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations and processes. Proven ability to manage construction projects from start to finish. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
