We're seeking a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in medical cash posting.

Ideal candidates

Must have cash posting experience in healthcare, have a proven track record creating batches (not just processing them)

Handling high-volume transactions (including $1M+ deposits), and navigating complex remittances.

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PDFs is essential, along with a solid understanding of EOBs and the medical billing process.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the cash posting team

Post and reconcile payments in GE

Analyze EOBs and claim data

Manage daily/monthly cash reports and adjustments

Investigate unapplied funds and credit balances

Create reports using Excel/Access

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years as a medical cash poster (title must be on resume and in healthcare industry)

Strong Excel and PDF skills (Must pass assessment including VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables)

Knowledge of payer regulations and revenue cycle

High attention to detail and analytical skills

A high school diploma, Bachelors highly preferred.

Ability to type 35WPM, 10-Key

This is an

ONSITE in

Tempe, AZ 85288 position with flexibility to start as soon as 7am post training. Monday to Friday

Pay Details:

$41,000.00 to $56,000.00 per year
