Cash Applications / Accounts Receivable Specialist Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) $21/hour We are seeking a

Cash Applications / Accounts Receivable Specialist

to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a key role in managing payment applications, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close. Responsibilities:

Accurately post and apply customer payments including

EFT, lockbox, wire transfers, and checks

. Process daily

deposits

and ensure timely and accurate recording in the system. Perform

account reconciliations

and resolve discrepancies related to customer accounts. Research unapplied cash and work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of transactions in the

general ledger

. Support

month-end close

by preparing reconciliations and reports for AR accounts. Assist with other accounts receivable and finance duties as needed. Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in

cash applications, accounts receivable, or accounting support

. Knowledge of EFT, lockbox, and wire transfer processes. Strong reconciliation skills and experience with

general ledger entries

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer:

$21/hour pay rate Monday-Friday schedule, onsite in Phoenix Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow Pay Details:

$21.00 per hour
