LHH is partnering with a small company that is looking for a temporary to hire Accounting Clerk. This person will process AP invoices, take payments, manage the aging, and assist with monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and have previous QuickBooks experience. Also, since the team is small, you will need to be comfortable working independently without much oversight. This position is fully onsite in the Issaquah, WA office.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
Record incoming payments and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
Assist with preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role An associate's degree in business would be preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and customers Experience maintaining organized financial records and supporting audits is a plus Employment Details:
Temporary to hire Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Fully in office in Issaquah, WA Pay Details:
$32.00 to $35.00 per hour
