LHH is partnering with a national company that is in need of a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. Your main tasks will be invoice processing and reconciling data. The team is comfortable with someone who has only had a few months of accounting experience since training will be provided. However, this is a remote position so it's required that you have previous work experience in a remote setting and are comfortable communicating professionally.
Responsibilities:
Process and review invoices for accuracy, ensuring timely data entry into the accounting system.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal team members to address inquiries or issues.
Maintain organized digital records and assist with additional accounting tasks as assigned in a remote work environment.
Qualifications:
Basic accounting knowledge At least three months of relevant accounting work experience. Prior experience in a remote environment, demonstrating professionalism in virtual communications. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Employment Details:
Temporary for three months. Remote but must be located within the United States. Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST. Pay Details:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
