Overview: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and building systems.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

Install, adjust, and maintain equipment components such as bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.

Collaborate with production teams to address equipment concerns and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Follow and enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Assist in facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification .

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.

Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
