Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with required call shifts; typical call is 5-6 shifts every 4 weeks.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with experience in Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, and Robotics to join our team in Alaska. The ideal candidate will be a patient advocate as a circulator and resource for the sterile field. Candidates must possess both circulating and scrubbing experience, with preference given to those holding a CNOR certification.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in the operating room. Act as a patient advocate during surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Prepare and manage the sterile field and assist in surgical procedures. Participate in all required call shifts and weekend coverage. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current Alaska RN license required. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Experience with Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, and various robotic cases. Why ARMStaffing?
