A property management firm is seeking an experienced Administrative

Property Operations Manager

to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties from its Brooklyn office. This role involves managing administrative processes, supervising a small team, and ensuring efficient communication between on-site property staff and ownership.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing daily operations and administrative workflows for multiple properties Supervising and mentoring a team of three administrative staff Coordinating between property staff, ownership, and office teams Reviewing and authorizing expenses, credits, and vendor invoices Monitoring occupancy, maintenance performance, and property budgets Visiting out-of-state properties monthly or as needed Ideal Qualifications:

Prior experience in property or real estate operations required Strong leadership, organization, and communication abilities Ability to multitask and manage projects across multiple properties Familiarity with leasing, maintenance oversight, and financial tracking Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently

Salary:

$70k - $100k/Year
