Job Description
Project Support
| Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Documentation
| Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes to maintain project accuracy and organization. Scheduling
| Support the development and tracking of project schedules to ensure key milestones are met. Cost Management | Help prepare budgets, review invoices, and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Subcontractor Coordination
| Communicate with trade partners to ensure scope alignment, timely delivery, and quality workmanship. Client Interaction
| Participate in client meetings and build relationships that reflect the company's reputation for trust and excellence. Field Collaboration
| Work closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless coordination between office and field operations. Professional Development
| Learn from senior leaders through structured mentorship, gaining exposure to all phases of construction and setting a foundation for future project management roles. The Successful Applicant
Experience
| 2-5 years of commercial construction experience, ideally supporting projects $5M-$50M+ in value. Education
| Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Technical Skills
| Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar project management software). Communication
| Strong written and verbal communicator who builds trust with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Work Ethic
| Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Growth Mindset
