We're partnering with a growing, family-owned food and beverage manufacturer to help them expand their maintenance team with the addition of a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic.
The company produces high-quality private label cocktail mixers, coffee syrups, sauces, and concentrates for nationally recognized restaurant chains and foodservice distributors.
This isn't a replacement hire - it's a key addition to support rapid growth. The facility has grown significantly in size and production capacity, but the maintenance team hasn't scaled to match - until now. What You'll Handle Day to Day:
Troubleshooting & Repair
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on high-speed production lines, pumps, conveyors, and bottling equipment Preventive Maintenance
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to maximize uptime and equipment reliability Production Line Support
- Act quickly to keep lines moving when issues arise, collaborating closely with operators and leads Technical Learning
- Read manuals, learn new equipment, and (if you've got the skills) communicate with OEMs and vendors Vision Systems & Automation (Bonus)
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, sensors, and/or robotics is a major plus

You'll Thrive Here If You...
Have 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a food, beverage, or manufacturing environment Are strong with tools, troubleshooting, and equipment repair (welding, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, etc.) Enjoy working independently but know when to collaborate Are comfortable with flexible hours, occasional Saturdays, and 5-10 hours of weekly OT Are eager to learn and improve - whether you're working with vision systems, PLCs, or learning from your teammates Can read and interpret equipment manuals and (bonus!) communicate with OEMs when needed
