The Division Head will lead all aspects of clinical care, research, education, advocacy, and administration within the Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care (AGP) division. They will provide strategic, financial, and operational direction, oversee Primary Care and Resident Continuity Clinics, and manage Weight & Wellness programs. Responsibilities Provide strategic, financial, and operational direction for the division. Oversee Primary Care, Resident Continuity Clinics, and Weight & Wellness programs. Shape and expand programs central to the divisions mission. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to advance division goals.
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified pediatrician with leadership experience in a comprehensive research university setting. Proven track record in clinical care, research development, or administration. Strong clinical expertise in Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care. Experience budgeting, staff management, and patient services.
