We are looking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative II to join our Dakine Equipment customer service team. We're looking for someone who has a positive attitude and a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to create the best customer experience for our reps and wholesale customers. This position manages multiple sales rep territories. Ultimately, you should have experience in a similar role and be comfortable digging in, problem solving and managing a large order file.

What You'll Do:

Order file management. Play an integral role in managing the order file for assigned rep territories. Responsible for the overall sales support functions in your assigned sales rep territories. Monitor and respond to all direct calls and emails requests from customers and sales reps within 24 hours. Order entry as needed. Process, maintain and manage EDI customers and orders. Manage order maintenance and customer order hold request from sales rep or customer. Process credit memos and return authorizations. Work with AR team on releasing finance holds and submitting credit memos to. Work closely with the warehouse team. Assist with troubleshooting shipment delays, price issues, etc. Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all reps and customers by utilizing excellent time management skills and providing problem resolution when needed. Responsible for determining eligibility and processing order entry/maintenance for Promo and Pro-Form. Maintain a positive working relationship with many internal departments, sales reps and customers. Stay up to date on knowledge of sales programs, current and new product release. Excels in effective time management and able to work effectively in a team environment. Participate in team meetings. Report to Customer Service Supervisor. Other duties as assigned. What to Bring:

Minimum of three (3) years experience in Customer Service. Experience working on an ERP (preferably Oracle) and B2B platforms. Experience working with Amazon's Vendor Central. Experience working with REI, Nordstorm, DSG, and Scheels. General knowledge of EDI. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Action Sports industry knowledge/experience is highly desired. Self-starter and team player. Super organized and detail oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks. What We Offer:
