The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will:
Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites. Oversee procurement and manage project-related budgets effectively. Provide leadership to project teams and foster collaboration among team members. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily Construction should have:
A proven track record in managing construction projects within the property industry. Experience managing commercial construction projects start to finish Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple priorities. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. What's on Offer
