We are seeking a
Financial Analyst
to join our FP&A team at
CentersquareDC , responsible for building and maintaining advanced financial models, including 3-statement models and broader corporate financial modeling.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or a related field. Seeking a detail-oriented analyst who can independently gather, analyze, and structure data into a clear and actionable format.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models for detailed business analysis, including budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning, to support strategic decision-making Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and business drivers provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate key financial assumptions, and align financial strategies with business goals using proven best practices from investment banking and consulting Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, conduct financial modeling and analysis Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, strategy consulting, FP&A, or strategic finance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFA preferred) Proven ability to independently analyze data, extract actionable insights, and effectively present findings in a clear and meaningful manner Advanced Excel modeling skills, expertise with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling with experience across accounting, consulting, investment banking, or private equity Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and enthusiastic, with an ability to build strong relationships, thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and integrity
