Apartment Maintenance Technician – Waco, TX
We’re seeking a reliable
Maintenance Technician
to support a busy apartment community in
Waco, TX . This role is ideal for someone with solid handyman skills and a willingness to take on tasks as needed.
HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Handle general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Complete work orders quickly and efficiently.
Assist with make-ready duties, including painting, flooring, and basic repairs.
Maintain property grounds and ensure safety and curb appeal.
Provide excellent customer service to and staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance or general handyman work is required.
HVAC knowledge/certification is a plus .
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
