Position Overview:

Maintenance Technician
will be responsible for being a part of the beautiful upkeep, maintenance, and repair of apartment units and common areas within our residential buildings. This position involves a broad range of tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our .

General Maintenance & Repairs
Ground Pick Ups if needed
Trash Outs
Routine Inspections & Preventative Maintenance
Emergency Maintenance- On call (as needed)
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required)
1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field ().
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Physical Demands:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces.
Ability to move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed.
Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
