Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors will be responsible for:

Managing all phases of commercial interior construction projects, from planning to close-out. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Monitoring project progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Preparing and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation. Conducting site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards. Building strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Interiors should have:

A strong background in managing commercial interior construction projects up to $5M Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
