Family Law Paralegal
who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values professionalism, teamwork, and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court filings in compliance with Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communication.
Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and hearing materials.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, settlement, and trial.
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of paralegal experience
in Utah family law (divorce, custody, parent-time, support, and protective orders).
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Utah e-filing .
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
Bilingual a plus
