About the Role

Our Seattle-based family law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Family Law Paralegal

to join our team. This role offers a

hybrid work arrangement , allowing a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting family law attorneys, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents related to divorce, custody, support, and protection orders. Manage case files from inception through resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel with professionalism and discretion. Prepare and organize exhibits for hearings, depositions, and trials. Conduct legal research and compile information for attorney review. Maintain attorney calendars, track case deadlines, and schedule court appearances. Provide direct client support, including gathering information, answering routine questions, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their case. Qualifications

2+ years of paralegal experience in family law

strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved program preferred). Strong knowledge of Washington State family law procedures and local court rules. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software. Work Arrangement & Benefits
