About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both our event planning and sales efforts, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely communication with vendors and clients Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients Generate and manage leads through various sales channels Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business or a related field Previous experience in event planning, sales support or a similar role is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events What We Offer
