The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our events and sales initiatives, working closely with our event management and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution Manage event logistics including venue bookings, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals Support the sales team in generating leads and organizing customer outreach activities Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database Prepare sales materials and presentations for client meetings and events Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field Proven experience in event planning or sales support roles is highly desirable Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
