As we continue to grow rapidly within our Electronic Security division, we are looking for a driven Account Executive focused on generating new business opportunities in our Core Commercial division. This exciting role emphasizes lead generation, relationship building, and delivering our commercial electronic security products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a defined territory effectively, utilizing CRM tools, and demonstrating skills in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
Develop and implement strategic service/account outsourcing initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically targeting the core commercial market.
Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions based on client needs and market trends.
Collaborate with internal specialists to design tailored solutions for complex client requirements.
Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and discover prospects.
Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person meetings with clients weekly to build strong relationships and drive engagement.
Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies aimed at expanding existing accounts and securing new clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
At least 2 years of success in achieving or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and markets.
Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM platforms to streamline workflows and enhance client interactions.
Willingness to travel within the designated geographic area.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
A valid driver's license is necessary.
