Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative React Native applications.
Define and implement mobile architecture focused on scalability, maintainability, and exceptional performance.
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to outline technical requirements.
Establish and uphold coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and conduct thorough root-cause analysis.
Continuously assess new tools, frameworks, and best practices for ongoing improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a minimum of 5+ years specializing in React Native.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React patterns.
Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management.
Hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) integration.
Proficiency in state management (Redux, MobX, or similar) and modular app architecture.
Demonstrated experience publishing and maintaining apps in the App Store and Google Play.
Experience with establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading or managing mobile development teams.
Familiarity with analytics, mobile security best practices, and push notification systems.
Experience with cloud integration (Firebase, AWS, or Azure).
Contributions to open-source mobile frameworks or libraries.
