Job Description
Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align project goals and expectations. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve issues and challenges that arise during construction to maintain project timelines. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans. Prepare and manage documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Maintain a strong focus on delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Multifamily Project Manager should have:
A degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams effectively.
