Our HR Department is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to assist on temporary basis to manage the maintenance, integrity, and security of the HR Systems. The duration of this position will last approximately 6 months.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as the subject matter expert on Cognos Report Studio, completing report and data requests Monitor assigned web-based security for UKG/UltiPro modules and applications Support Benefits Open Enrollment sessions in UKG, including code configuration in UKG Back Office Provide firm-wide HRIS Helpdesk support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions Ensure data integrity, system workflows, and quality control for all electronic HR records Maintain and optimize business intelligence automations Assist with the administration of Litmos and Lucidchart, including updates, content management, and process improvements Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Experience and Skills
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in IT, Business, related fields, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of progressive experience with UKG Advanced knowledge of UKG Pro, Cognos Report Studio, Event Studio, and Back Office Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized and able to multi-manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
Job Benefits The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $36/hr - $55/hr. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
