We are seeking a HR Admin for our Pasadena office. This individual is responsible for acting as a reliable resource for the division by providing administrative support to all HR functions including Benefits, HRIS, Recruiting, and General HR duties. **Please note this is a TEMP-TO-HIRE role.**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats Assist with preparing HR documents, forms, and reports as needed Support the HR team with calendar management and meeting coordination Respond to routine employee inquiries or direct them to appropriate HR personnel Help monitor and restock office supplies for the HR department Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information Assist with organizing HR files for audits and compliance reviews Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned Experience and Skills
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 1+ years of administrative, recruiting, or onboarding experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across various levels and departments Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Highly effective problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21.00-$31.00/hour. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
