Overview

This role will help with financial and business planning for Private Markets, with a focus on Real Estate Equity and Private Credit strategies. The analyst will oversee fund-level and asset-level financial planning, partner with investment and operations teams, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance forecasting, reporting, and capital deployment efficiency.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across Private Markets Develop and maintain financial models for fund performance, asset-level returns, and investor capital activity Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying key drivers and variances Prepare income and expense projections, cash flow forecasts, and capital planning schedules Business Planning & Strategy

Collaborate with investment teams to support new product launches, acquisitions, and capital structuring. Drive scenario modelling for fund and asset-level strategies, including valuation planning and investor return analysis Support strategic initiatives such as fund seeding, co-investment structuring, and platform scalability Stakeholder Engagement

Prepare materials for senior leadership, investment committees, and external stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred. 3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably, real estate Strong understanding of fund structures and investment vehicles. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience managing third-party providers and cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Salary Range

$80,000 to $120,000

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant's education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company's annual discretionary bonus plan.
